Named one of the top 10 up-and-coming drivers to watch, Jon Miller has over a decade of experience competing and coaching at the professional level. After a brief introduction to motorsports in karting, he began racing in the Skip Barber Formula Dodge series in 2003. Miller earned victories at Lime Rock Park, Barber Motorsports Park, Moroso Raceway (PBIR) and Sebring International Raceway in his first year. In 2005, seeing more opportunity and the long held desire to compete at Daytona and LeMans, Jon made a switch to sports cars and never looked back.
In 2006, while pursuing a Political Science degree at The University of Central Florida, Jon made his debut in the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge. In 2007 and 2008, Jon competed in the GS category of the CTSC in an E46 M3 with Automatic Racing (2007) and a Porsche 911 with BGB Motorsports, with multiple podiums, including a win at New Jersey Motorsports Park. Jon finished 5th in the 2008 Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge GS Drivers Championship, narrowly missing out on the win after late race drama at the 6-hour final round at VIR.
In 2015, Jon is teamed up with Canadian, Adam Isman in the #18 Porsche Cayman from Rennsport One in the ST class of the IMSA Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. Jon is the team coach for the Garrett Racing/Drive4Diabetes Driver Development program and will also compete in select Pirelli World Challenge races in the TCA class in a Honda Civic Si this year.
